James,

Warrants will all be exercised if the stock price is even one penny above the exercise price. Here's why...... If you are a warrant holder and do not plan to exercise, you will sell your warrants before they expire worthless. As long as there is a stock bid above the strike, the MM's will buy the warrants and sell the stock for a risk free arb for the difference of the price of the warrant and the price of the stock less the price of the warrant. Hence, at expiration, the MM's will be short stock and long warrants. Even if the stock closes at 4.68 they will exercise the warrants in order to net out their short stock position.
