Work? Not hardly. The speeches are written for him. He does a quick red pen edit and they go on the teleprompter.

Now, if he did 400 town halls "ad lib", I might agree.

The fact is that obama is an expert in BS and truth is not part of his vernacular. He is "on message" each and every day and every speech. And often, his message is not even the voter's reality. If he was truly trying to reach the voters, he would hold his town halls and big speechifying in facilities that don't begin with the name "The University of...."

AFAIC, obama is the most clueless president we have experienced in the last one hundred years.
