maybe Obama's plan is to let them go. The libs look at them as poor freedom fighting taxi drivers There does seem to be such an impulse at work. But it has to be subconscious. I don't believe that Obama and Holder are wilfully suicidal. They understand that freeing KSM would be political suicide - that's why they are making these idiotic remarks about KSM being found guilty and being hung, which make the US look like a banana republic. The AG and the President hold their positions without ever having thought through the consequences of them. Now there's a scary thought. How you even put KSM in front of a civilian trial without having the case dismissed because he was snatched in Pakistan, interrogated, waterboarded, and never read his Miranda rights, I do not know. Perhaps some of the lawyers on this thread could help me out here.
