But I'm still waiting to see how corporations, WHICH HAVE NO VOTE, have more power over the government than the ACTUAL VOTING PUBLIC??

The ONLY WAY this could be the case is if voters FAIL TO VOTE.

Additionally, if your scenario were the case, then why would corporations AND POLITICIANS be so afraid of having the media shine the light of day on their various deals?

The problem is NOT so much with the corporations. They'll do whatever the public voter LETS them.
