I'm not 100% sure I understand the question, but I'll take a stab at answering it anyway. Freedom of religion, doesn't extend freedom of speech to corporations, so the statement implied within the question doesn't make sense to me. I did use freedom of religion, as an example of how the 1st amendment doesn't only apply to individuals acting as individuals, but the actual rights to freedom of religion and free speech are separate rights (except that I guess they both would protect religious speech). But dropping that part your still left with a question that does make sense. You ask if corporations have freedom of religion? I might phrase it as "do individuals acting within/as a corporation have freedom of religion?", but I would say yes. Soooo again by extension if corporations claim their religion is to make money and that to make money they have a "right" to pollute, is that then protected? No. Just as if you claim your religion is (or even if you truly have a religious belief that the most important thing is) to make money doesn't give you the right to perform contract killings or rob banks, or engage in fraud. The incorporated part doesn't make any difference here. "Assassins for hire Inc.", and free lance hit men, both engage in unprotected illegal activities. Freedom of religion is broad but not total. The religious use of drugs is contentious and someone limited, and that's something where there is no attack on the rest of society.
