Watergate was an illegal break-in. Thats not at all what OKeefe did.

OKeefe was using his cell phone to record the proceeding....he also later admitted to the FBI that he was recording it.

Thats right and that isn't illegal.

OKeefe's colleagues did misrepresent themselves.

Will be interesting to see what real charges and convictions come out of this.
