No he didn't....is that what the tribunals would do? I visited Auschwitz recently....they had a "tribunal" room for prisoners who committed "crimes". Didn't take too long...after their trial they were taken right outside the building and put up against the "killing wall"... You should visit such places, you would appreciate our democracy much more than you do... What are the chances that a tribunal would find the terrorists not guilty??? BTW, have we declared war on anyone? If not, how can military tribunals be legal?
