Maybe you need to review your civics.

SCOTUS only interprets the law. There is nothing that prevents Congress from amending an existing law.

Just got to get it passed and signed by the President.

Btw, since you "D"s hold the majority of the Congress and Senate, as well as the Presidency, I can't imagine why such anti-corporate regulation wouldn't be passed immediately.
