Gib, I'm not totally biased against governments. Heck, some of my best friends are government workers. You'd have to read between the lines to see my antipathy, so I'm not surprised you have missed it until now. <You don't like the government? I'm very surprised to hear that! Then he wouldn't be bothered by irritations like pesky government building inspectors enforcing seismic construction standards. As for those government employees and their generous pensions, they need to face up to reality.
