Barry: Just got off the phone with Susan, PR @ sunrise. She said that the S 2 filling was a catch up for past placements. This S2 was then amended to attach the Shareholders rights to the original S2. The S2 will convert the rights to common shares and will allow the holder the sell the shares if desired. She was uncertain as to the impact on the stock price since she wasn't sure who was in the private placements. The San Francisco meeting was held last week. The company had a booth for 4 days and some private meetings with doctors attending. She said there was great interest. She also said that they have made application to FDA to approve the procedure for correcting over correction made by other systems such as radial ker. and laser ker. by Summit Tech and other cornea shaping system for nearsightedness.
