Nope, and that's not the point at all. The point is that the workers submitting false registrations are individual actors. Once again, ACORN is required by law to turn in every single registration it receives, whether it thinks they're kosher or not. But it flags the ones that it thinks are false. And it fires the people that submit them.

If they pay by the form, it's a given that some workers will try to make extra money by giving in some false ones.

There is not one single shred of evidence that the scenario goes any further than what I just described. If you have it, please send it my way.
