Hi All, time and again we have seen this particular scenario regarding an analyst issuing a rating on a stock only to see the company announce something that totally makes it look questionable.
I for one am always skeptical of these single analyst upgrades/downgrades because their loyalty is not to the general public but rather to their clients and/or the institution he/she represents.
Who knows, maybe JP Morgan wanted a lot of buying strength to unload a large position ?

Thanks for the reply. It's really depressing to see ASND to test the new low everyday. I'm waiting for CSCO's earnings tomorrow to decide the next move.
