I always say everybody hates lawyers until they need one. This kind of story is a good reason why. The attorneys I know are good people and do not engage in such activities as far as I know. It's pretty disheartening to see them being effectively smeared by the rogue ambulance-chasing (really, deep pockets chasing) element. I'm glad South Butt clothing got free publicity out of it.

I think a bunch of people should get their Irish up and 'plain something to McDonald’s. The Mc prefix was around way before fatty miniscule chopped meat on a bun and potatoes (don't get me going with Irish and potatoes!) cut way too thin so that it can soak up all the grease when cooked. Hopefully The South Butt has protections in place so that if the North Face wins, only the company gets hit not the owners personally. I say as I type on my iPear computer, talk on my Robot cell phone and munch on some brocolitoos (The broccoli that goes crunch!)
