250 per year for a family is upper middle class in most of America. Maybe not on tobacco road or Appalachia Terrace, but most of the country. It certainly isn't "rich".

I didn't read it wrong however bloomberg posted the article earlier today, I read it and by the end of the day bloomberg had pulled it for unknown reasons.
