Paul,

I liked the ATPG report at first glance. It looks like they keep giving up a bit long-term to make sure their debt covenants are ok, and now it looks like 2010 is going to be fine on that front. That should give them time to ramp up their oil production and crank out the cash we've all been waiting for.

I will add more this week also. They were too close to a covenant issue for me to add before year-end, but I'm feeling better after the report today.

Thanks,

cwillyg

ATPG made some great moves this week from a business standpoint, in my point of view.

I like the new debt offering to reduce debt risk long-term. The Entrada buy today looks like it has some upside at such a low-price. And the Telemark oil pumping news from Monday is great. I feel like ATPG is starting to trade more based on Oil than Gas now.

Something in my wants to buy more, but I'm overweight already around 17 on average, and I can't justify it.

Thanks,

cw
