Bruce Bartlet is the one who is both insane and stupid. A historian who pretended to understand economics, and of course got it wrong. And tried to prove that we knew that the Japanese was going to attack Pearl Harbor. Worked for Reagan but also fellow idiots Kemp and Ron Paul.
