I'll take a look at CBI. It looks promising. I bought a government / defense contractor. MANT. A product in demand: National Security. "ManTech International Corporation is a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs for the Intelligence Community; the departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security and Justice... " Their PE is OK at 13 based on 2010 expectations: finance.yahoo.com
