RE: Empire District Electric Co. (EDE)

I continue to build my small position. Upped my holdings by 60% today. EDE now reflects a 1% taxable portfolio holding.

Other utility/gas holdings with equivalent portfolio exposure include SRE, D, TRP, ELP, BKH, EP & SWX.

I have sold April 22.5 covered calls on ELP which may be called. If so, my preference is to deploy the funds into EDE as I think the 7% dividend is stable and there is another 30% up side for this utility w/ NG exposure (including 1,1181 miles of pipeline distribution capacity).
