The best part regarding your thoughts on a hostile takeover, is that Asnd cannot seek shareholder help to thwart it.

If this board is any indication, shareholders will vote against current management, and leave Ejabat et al alone in their attempts to stop it. I hope if that were to happen, it would be a decent size respectable company.

Right now, a hostile takeover attempt would at least stop the share price decline.
