Rose could have easily flown back to NYC vs Paris. He went to Paris because the treatment for his condition was better. No different then the situation for the NF/L PM that you used as an example of deficiencies in the Canadian system.

And from your link...waiting in a NHS hospital an hour to get a cut stitched is somehow a negative for the NHS, that socialized universal care system in the UK...HUH??...And he forgot to mention how much he had to pay if anything and whether he had to show proof of insurance to even get the stitches.
