someone saw the opening. reagan saw his opening. he spent decades thinking about it long before he ran for office. and sure, USA opened the door. agreed. and so far, atypically, it doesn't know how to close it again. it is a slow moving overfed cow that doesn't even bother to chew twice before producing the end product...mainly hamburger flippers and deal makers. the hamburgers taste like cardboard and the deal makers are no longer trusted on any level. good luck with that GDP its so "russian" after all. <g>
