Yep. Greece it is. Then all PIGS go.

The decisions are driven by chaos and panic, as opposed
to conspiracy. Everyone knows what blew up, and that after
stabilizing it they need to reform it, or it will blow up again.
Nobody knows how, or what the exotic instruments represent,
how many are out there, how to value them, etc.

Volcker was dragged out cause he is the fixer and might know something, and
Ben might indeed be the best man for the job. They are very
afraid to reform WS, cause if it blows up again, so will
Main Street. So, they are starting with a very mild version of
Glass-Steagall and putting derivatives on the exchange to avoid
another OTC meltdown, which may be unavoidable, but everyone
will print to avoid it.
