SQNM was up 18.26% at its intraday H and is still up 14.47% at present. Volume of > 14,308,200 is almost 3x its ADV. The stock is up for 2nd day on aroll and opened with an UG, but still has not been able to close any of its March 16 DG, after it reported 4thQ result on March 15 that missed estimates. <g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com SQNM has agreed to pay $14M in settlement of class action lawsuits.
