Tim; Removing the need to meet 50 different sets of requirements, by allowing meeting one set to be enough to sell to all 50 states makes things much simpler and less costly, Dumbing down! I live in a very progressive and very rich state, I sure don't want the health care offered to Arkansas. How do you get around that? .........Our auto insurance pays off very efficiently because we have a law here that if they don't - and it's found they are suppose to - they have to pay triple. That really is an incentive, but there isn't a snowballs chance in hell something like that could pass at the national level. steve
