It would actually help by providing voters with math classes. Does anyone actually believe that increasing taxes on only the wealthiest will provide enough revenue to offset irresponsible and excessive spending?

NEITHER Party will support taxing the yield from qualified municipal bonds and, if you wanted to do that Wayne, the wealthy (that's who buys qualified municipal bonds for the fed-tax-free yields) would stomp that effort into little tiny pieces.

Ain't ever going to happen.
