If you're going to attribute Obama's first year of deficits to Bush, you might want to attribute Bush's first year of deficits to Clinton. I did...in both cases and under the same rules...the CBO projected a 236B surplus left to bush and the same CBO projected a 1.3T deficit left to Obama. The answer should be obvious.
