Hi Wade. You may be right. That Asians had become net sellers to get dollars in the midst of the SE Asian currency crisis is something I believe I read in a press release early last week.

Perhaps the article was talking about central banks or govts, while you are talking about Asian individuals. Or perhaps the article is just wrong.

Or maybe I dreamt it.
