No. I think tax credits for 10-15 years will provide the longevity required for businesses to have the confidence in a stable economic environment in order to make the massive investments they'll need to get to self-sustaining profitability in renewable energy industries without government support.

We need to look at this as a long term investment with a heavy lift ahead.
