Curly, why don't you print and fax your post to the A team? Certainly a buyback could expedite the shooing away those pesky shorts.

Curl Man: I wrote a similar letter with a repurchase suggestion to CYMI on September 25th. The company simply issued a one liner to me saying we "we appreciate your interest in CYMI" and thank you for your suggestions.

I don't think the company has to actually buyback the shares they could play coy and simply announce that a buyback program is in place and they MAY from time to time purchase shares in the open market.

Its a good idea albeit a temporary fix...I don't think it would have lasting implications unless the scope of the buyback was very large.

But it would send some of the shorts scurrying to cover. At this point though I am prepared to wait out superior financial performance from CYMI and let the short position become the fuel for the next advance.
