As a purely practical matter, if you want change you have to convince people (not necessarily me of course, but some people), so you have to make the argument however obvious it is to you. Also even if it is obvious its obvious for a reason. Unless your just claiming divine inspiration, there has to be some reason, even if its a simple and in your case assumed one, why profit makes health care so horrible, even though the profit motive generally is a very powerful positive force in other areas. Why is health care some special exception to the rest of the economy?
