Tim - It appears that this "mystery machine" is an EUV device:
"The exact features of the machine are cloaked in secrecy, but it reportedly has demonstrated basic techniques in at least some of the processes necessary to produce and manage the extreme ultraviolet light."

JMAR has done work with EUV in the past, so I'm not saying it couldn't involve a JMAR laser, but this article seems to have more to do with steppers, so that would NOT be JMAR's product.
