"<< No, as I understood it, the French Dr that performed the very major valve surgery on Rose is one of the best in the world at this particular kind of operation and Rose spent a month in the French hospital in nearly a coma state after the operation. Whether he would have flown to Paris from NYC if his problem had occurred in NYC...not sure...Rose also has an apartment in Paris.
