Excellent article. Politicians are not businessmen obviously because they consistently don't believe there is any competition. Duh! If your marginal tax rates are 5% higher than adjoining states (the competiton) don't you think people will leave when it's economical to do so?

(I didn't see any *actual proposals* listed in that piece... maybe he'll come up with some in the coming years though....)
