If you agree that I've grasped what you are talking about, I'll tell you why I think that it might produce a few beneficial results, and also why I think it would not really reduce the cost of health insurance. And not to be content, I'd probably go on about some other negative effects I see being inevitable. I'd like to see what you have to say. It's hard to get smart, constructive argument. I am buoyed by the prospect. But that first paragraph of yours might just heat me up again.... I've grasped what you are talking about My assessment was based on the length of time that grasp took given the quality of your mind. Hence I concluded resistance. If you have some good arguments, I will stand corrected. May even change my mind about the idea. <g>
