Fleecing comes dangerously close to the center. As the picks get slim, the vultures come to feed close to the center.

As emerging markets got iron clad protection against fleecing, the vultures went to the 'meat' available: the nouveaux riche Europeans of the fringe:PIIGs plus Eastern Europeans.

Those peripheral countries coming crashing down as fleece starts, they threaten the center, i.e., the European core.

We have been fleeced for so long that we can recognize fleecing from 10.000 Km away.
