Re: "Biased towards tax increases, not mandating tax increases." Here we go again! :-) Is this "bias" something that is ACTUALLY WRITTEN INTO any of this legislation we have been talking about (the PAYGO budget rules, the bipartisan Deficit Commission, etc.), or is it just something that you 'feel' is in the Zeitgeist or something? Maybe a MOOD that you detect, but one not actually WRITTEN INTO law anywhere, or into any of these specific proposals?
