Which probably isn't going to happen, he relies on very optimistic assumptions, and which would still leave him with deficits larger than Bush's.

1 - With his optimistic assumptions.

2 - Leaving very large deficits.

3 - Increasing the deficits from the baseline for every year, so Obama's policies are making the deficits bigger.

4 - And given those assumptions, after the deficit is cut in half, it starts growing again.
