Hi TJ I only glanced over the e-mail and his conclusions to which I tend to agree.

What is happening now IMHO is liquidation of positions after people realize that not all is so rosy usually those things get wild as every one runs to the exits.

It is also interesting to note the meeting in Canada this weekend of the finance ministers etc. - excluding China and Russia

Keep in mind the CA is at similar level with Portugal but non one comes with this out loud, as CA is a 1.8 trillion economy v. Portugal of 244 billion or Greece 350 billion

So all must be in pesrspective

>>What if China were to boycott next week’s Treasury auction of 10 and 30 years?<<

The Chinese people will rejoice madly at the sudden overthrow of the established global order, and their lives will enter a new phase of sustained rapid improvement. Meanwhile, hordes of foreign ambassadors will rush to the dragon throne and kowtow obsequiously before the new sovereign. You must be so excited! ;)
