There are only about 12 customers who control 80 % of the
entire 2D/3D AGP chip consumption market.

If you are an ole dog like S3, and the action is moving
to Rendition and 3Dx Voodo shi*t, you are dead meat.

Especially if you cheat the shareholders and lie to the
S.E.C.
