Yes that is most ironic of all. The socialized ownership society and debt slavery for way too many was most prevalent during the housing bubble of 2003-06. Now we have FHA becoming very dominant again but prices are reasonable, the borrower can easily afford fixed rate financing and the underwriting that takes place is like it was 10+ years ago. All a good thing IMHO for society as a whole
