keep an eye on csco. it is the first naz bellwether resisting the "sell on the good news" syndrome. hopefully it's signaling a more durable change of character....chips are also up and they usually are a lark.

Fast money said if you do any thing don't short oil....lol....millions of barrels floating on the high seas in old tankers , they had to do something, japan building huge startigic oil reserve.
