The "stimulus" bill actually funded such studies. I have been attenting the Surgical Congress this past week and one presenatation of major interest was the study on what should be the limit. Again, I stress that this study was funded in our supposed "stimulus" bill. It shows that after $100,000 we are pulling too many dollars away from other needs in our expenditures. That is a fact that you better get used to as the surgeons here are addressing where health care is going per the directives placed on them.
