Our Congress is so stupid that if they had such an amendment, they'd still break it." Still... it's FAR BETTER then the NOTHING that we've got. Placing something in the Constitution is the highest law that a country can impose on itself. Time for Americans to show some GUTS too and actually demand a constitutional amendment to outlaw the annual deficits we've suffered from for DECADES now. And time for all the deficit phonies (those who TALK LOUD but always support and produce endless federal deficits) to be EXPOSED as the frauds they are.
