I know you have a problem with dairy. But for the rest of us, the best ice cream would be made of heavy cream, Splenda or Stevia, and flavoring. Call it "Atkins Ice cream."

I go to Sweet Tomatoes and eat salads until the cows come home. There's sooo much sugar in their dressings and throughout their menu. Please be careful.
