>> What do I do go to the bottom and type in IOM ??? <<

Well, that'd be one possible option ... or you could go to the intro post at the top of the index page .... here, wait a sec and I'll get it for you. Please notice that this thread began by defining syqt in relation to iom. Notice also how it has been almost two years since that post and that, well ... the momentum and direction of each company remains pretty much unchanged since then.

Does anyone have any information regarding how to improve the company's quarterly net loss? I am really high
on this stock because once the consumers realize how much more cost efficient the EZ-135 is compared to
IOMEGA's Zip drive, they will begin to think twice before coosing the ZIP drive over the EZ-135. Not only that,
the EZ-135 is much quicker. I believe that this stock has the potential to rise to the mid 20 range in the near
future. Once the hype about IOMEGA's ZIP drive cools down, SYQUEST will begin to increase in at least a
moderate pace. If SYQUEST can figure out how to compete with IOMEGA, I believe that we would have a dog
fight between the two corporations. As of now, SYQUEST is at 11 1/2 and I believe is a strong buy. Does
anyone out there have any comments, suggestions, or current informations about SYQUEST and its competitor,
IOMEGA?

RE: Ostriches...

This from Edwin Peters on the IOM thread.

techstocks.com

Another post on Nov. 3rd from the IOM thread by w sun about the SparQ...

techstocks.com

I called syqt today and were told I could purchase right now and it would be shiped in 3-4 days.

That would make them shipping one or two days *after* the proxy vote. My advice to anyone present at the shareholders meeting Nov. 5th is to ask them to produce one of the SparQ drives and spec it right in front of you. That way you'll have a day or so before anyone else knows the true numbers.

Good luck,
