CTSL has a phone update available 11/3 on merger. Murphy thinks that ARRS will end up being a good company, he waffles a bit as to best way to approach this.

CYBERKEN;
This may be a silly question, but do the shareholders vote on this merger or is it left to the board of directors? Is there any chance that another bidder could come along or is this it? Seems like considering all the cash SQNA has or will receive that this might be a sweet deal for ARRS.

Cultures will no doubt be hard to merge....One in San Diego, one in Bay area,

but my reaction is more from the gut... I think two small interesting companies with no earnings but lots of partners are being combined just for the sake of making something new. I dont think this will accelerate gene discovery or drug discovery and it may well be a giant distraction.

Hope I'm wrong though, and for the record, Id be happier if SQNA were absorbing ARRS, rather than vice versa
