The SS Fund was raided back in the 60's by LBJ. This was the pool of money that set the deception that the Dem's have been able to pull of for decades....big social program that did not initially create a budget deficet. In the early 60's there was a huge surplus accumulated in SS...just as intended. In fact had this Program not been raided by STUPID politicians, America would have TRILLION$ set aside right now. There should be people in prison right now for this breach of the public trust.
