and 20 million illegal immigrants with no insurance.

Looks like we can round up 20 million illegal aliens and send them home and solve 66% of the problem. Probably a lot cheaper than obamacare.

Alternately, whenever an illegal alien comes in for medical treatment, bill their country of citizenship. If they refuse to disclose where they are from, refuse to give them treatment.
