Koan, I'm not impressed. Ever hear the phrase "Potholes aren't partisan"? You're supposed to be "filling the potholes," no matter what your political leanings are.

..gettign funding from the right wing legislatores was always a battle with them, who often called me up to the hill to testify before senate committees. Where they then proceeded to grind me into hamburger.

Wherein koan admits conservatives were concerned with holding down spending and made him explain what he intended to do with the money they gave him.

As opposed to the way our Congress does it now.
