I probably would be one of the last to defend Q's management (after their pathetic attempt at the cc), but the fact is they sell based on prearranged 10b5-1 plans. It may seem like they sell when they think the stock is going down, but they sell based on the targets predetermined in their individual 10b5-1.

I think some here give Management much more credit than they deserve on when to sell stock.
